Every source. Every signal.
Every claim measured.
Alitheion evaluates information quality using an 18-signal dual-axis epistemological framework. We score research papers, news sources, think tanks, corporate reports — and our own parent organization's output.
The 18-Signal Framework
Dual-axis evaluation: Source Credibility and Claim Validity. Each signal scored 0 to 1, weighted by category, aggregated to an overall epistemological score. We do not rate conclusions. We rate the methodology that produced them.
Source Signals
- Publication history
- Funding transparency
- Conflict of interest
- Peer review status
- Correction history
- Institutional affiliation
Methodology Signals
- Sample size adequacy
- Control groups
- Statistical rigor
- Reproducibility
- Data availability
- Methodology transparency
Claim Signals
- Internal consistency
- External consistency
- Scope vs evidence
- Confidence calibration
- Negative result handling
- Uncertainty quantification
Trust Architecture
Alitheion is the verification layer in an integrated research-to-publication pipeline. Content gets published only after passing epistemological evaluation.
Trellison publishes research. Alitheion verifies it. LedgerWell does carbon verification — Alitheion audits the methodology. Nothing ships unverified.
The Self-Audit Principle
An audit system that exempts itself is not an audit system. It is marketing.
DaedArch Corporation, Trellison Institute, LedgerWell Corporation, and every venture in the portfolio are subject to the same 18-signal evaluation framework. If our parent company's output fails our standards, we say so publicly. There are zero exceptions to self-audit.
Featured Evaluation
Alitheion evaluation of the Trellison Institute's Threshold-Convergent Systems research paper. The TCS paper progressed through 6 evaluation iterations — from initial FAIL through CONDITIONAL PASS to final PASS — demonstrating the version progression principle in action.
